Neither. Flat monthly subscription based on your tier — you can have 20 customers or 5,000 customers on the Growth plan for the same price. Stripe takes their standard processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) when you collect payments, but we don't take a cut on top.
Yes — CSV import is built in. Or paste a spreadsheet directly. We'll auto-validate addresses, match plan names, and flag any rows that need attention before importing. For 500+ customers we offer free white-glove migration.
